Between the first produced 911 and this 911 L there is little difference. In terms of bodywork and technology, they are the same.
Type L distinguishes itself from the T by a better braking system and optical changes like black windscreen wipers, larger mirrors, black leather steering wheel, etc.

This car is made especially for the American market to meet the US emission requirements. The car is equipped with a Weber carburettor.

The 911 L is made only one year, from late 1967 until mid 1968, in a small production series of only 473 pieces. From the model year 1969, Porsche extended the wheelbase. The short wheelbase cars are rare, this L is very rare and much sought after by A Series enthusiasts.
